Role:
• Participate in the scope, requirements analysis, design and delivery OLTP, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence solutions to meet client requirements in a timely manner, using entire stack of Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint and Power BI technologies
• Consult data platform, BI solution architectures and project approach for major enterprise customers, being main Subject Matter Expert in the area of SQL Server in Microsoft Services
• Design and deliver Data Platform mission critical solutions, migrations and upgrades in the area of RDBMS, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse with focus on performance, scalability and reliability
• Design platform modernization approach for Tier-1 environments (Mainframe, Power) to SQL Server and Windows platform (mostly banking sector)
• Design, coordinate and execute pilots, prototypes or proof of concepts
• Analyze and optimize systems in the area of: architecture, performance, High Availability and Disaster Recovery , security, maintenance, development best practices
• Project and team management in projects delivered by Microsoft Consulting Services (requirements, risks, budget, resources, planning, customer satisfaction)
• Develop and deliver custom and authorized workshops and trainings
• Execute technical proposals for Data Platform projects including presales and business negotiations
• Coordinating Microsoft business development initiatives
• Participating in Rapid Deployment Programs for SQL 2012 and SQL 2014 as architect, supporting early adopters
• Representing Microsoft Services in conferences as a speaker and expert
