Technical Product Expert (m/f/d)

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa / Warsaw

Region: mazowieckie

Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for the technical function of the reverse vending systems
Responsibility for the quality standards and skill levels of service technicians through training and support
Control over the reverse vending system installation base
Definition of standards as well as on-site installation, maintenance and repair works
Customer support as a company representative
Participation in various projects and contribution to a network of technical products

Your profile:

Completed education as an electrician, mechatronic engineer or a related IT education
Experience with electric installations and good mechanical skills
Profound IT-knowledge, experience in working with MS Office applications, IT-networks, electronic receipts and internal databases
Team-leading and field-service experience is an advantage
Driving license class B and willingness to travel across Poland
SEP G1 certification
Fluency in Polish and good English skills
Analytical and structured approach to troubleshooting
Responsible, communicative and proactive personality
