Due to increasing demand for ServiceNow expertise with new and existing customers, we are expanding our Professional Services team with an experienced ServiceNow Developer in Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Developer, looking to accelerate their career progression and step up into Architecture!  

Responsibilities

  • Aligns business issues with solutions that ServiceNow offers and communicates to your business peers
  • Helps enforce the vision and strategy for the program managing the platform and the alignment with solving business issues
  • Helps by actively participating in governance meetings and activities
  • Works in alignment to business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policies
  • Articulates vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the platform
  • Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture
  • Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
  • Research new technologies and stay abreast of new products and services. Apply these solutions as part of the continuous improvement
  • Helps the Support Team in implementation of technical good practices, policies and procedures
  • Helps provide analysis of impacts for new requirements
  • Assists with oversight of ServiceNow instances
  • Helps track and communicate project status
  • Continuously validates solutions against additional mandates, as developed, to ensure full compliance
  • Validate developments and configuration work to ensure it meets the requirement criteria
  • Assists in defining our end-to-end product offerings including definition, design, build, deployment and high-level support
  • Experience in designing, implementing and managing a multi developer and multi project environment(s)
  • Able to act as mentor for less experienced team members

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the ServiceNow platform. With System Admin Certification, ideally the candidate will also have implementation experience and certification.
  • Actively develops and maintains the SNOW platform for service/support delivery
  • Documents the platform, analyses impact of new requirements, and provides controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions
  • This individual works collaboratively with other teams and implements the items in the SN roadmap and supports SN where needed by other teams.
  • Provides consultative direction to the Support Team, assures platform alignment to business strategy, and governance decisions.

Knowledge / Skills / Ability

  • Enterprise service management experience
  • IT service management experience
  • Enterprise Security and Architecture experience
  • Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Industry business acumen
  • Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM front-end application configuration
  • Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  • Create and maintain system-related documentation
  • Validate the development and configuration work to ensure it meets the project’s criteria
  • Accurately predict the time required to complete development tasks; adhering closely to development plans; anticipating
  • Experience in creating process and business flow diagrams, use cases, storyboards, and training documents
