We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Support / Functional Specialist to join our SAP Team.

The main areas of accountability are to:

• Providing 2nd and 3rd line global support in solving problems of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution Module).
• Resolve issues in accordance with an agreed level of SLA service.
• Delivery of projects involving configuration of SAP SD or writing functional specifications for system improvements in accordance with business requirements.
• Regular communication with key users and end users across business line/region.
• Contribute to creation of project proposals detailing time/resources/risks, covering actions for both the Strategic Applications and business teams and complying with Audit requirements.
• Informing and training end users on changes to the system and providing additional training that will enable them to perform their daily activities

The candidate for this position should meet the requirements:

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (at least B2)
• At least 2 years" experience of configuration and writing functional specifications for the SAP SD Module is required.
• Willingness to meet with the local office team
• A results-oriented and analytical approach and the ability to quickly learn and exploit technology.
• Ability to work as a part of the team and demonstrate good communication and leadership skills in guiding the business to optimum solutions.
• Sense of responsibility for achieving personal tasks
