Job description

Budgeting sales volume and necessary promotional expenses on annual base, and budget control for Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products
Strategic planning for a promotion of Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products by medical reps including manpower planning.
Instruction of the plan to reps, control and evaluation of reps.
Effectively deal with claims from the market in Pharmacovigilance sense, instruction to reps for orders or regulation by authority
Recruitment of reps (set up of criteria, job interview)
Making effective visit to and cooperation with Drs, Pharmacists, and other medical professions of Polish market
Planning, preparation, and operation of promotional events for Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products including conference and RTDs
Collection of market information and analysis with 3C concept including Polish health care system, Pharmaceutical law, pharmaceutical association, promotion code.

-planning for budgeting including sales target, expenses, and promotional activities in Polish market
- Ophthalmic drugs business development experience

-control, analysis, and instruction of medical reps and its activities including traning
