Operations Project Manager (API Factory Program)

Responsibilities:

  • To be the pilot in charge of the production launch of all technical components developed by API
  • To identify and launch projects for services and tools improvement
  • To organize and lead project teams
  • To drive communication through operational teams, projects, program and API providers, including meetings
  • To work in collaboration with operating and engineering teams
  • Coordination between support team in Poland and internal projects in API Factory
  • To report regularly projects progress, including reports for API providers

Skills:

  • Ability and experience in working in multicultural, transversal environment
  • Strong vision to anticipated needs, bring ideas, and be able to understand the challenges
  • Leadership, autonomy and high level of communication with an ability to organize work and conduct work groups
  • Ability to manage technical projects in a complex ecosystem
  • General skills on services platforms technical architectures
  • General skills on developers environments: API Rest, JS, Node JS, HTML
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methods
  • ITIL V3 certification would be a plus
