Your Role:

You will be responsible for supervising your team, sharing knowledge and reporting to operations manager and other cooperating departments.
You will also perform operational duties in your area of expertise.

Key tasks:

Supervising the team of CT Ops clients in their daily work
Monitor and manage operating team performance and individual performance
Reporting and escalating problems directly to the supervisor
Identification of training needs in the team and acting as a trainer
Performing operational activities as part of your specialization
Reporting continous improvement and value creation to responsible persons
Calculating the necessary data, drawing conclusions from KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position, min. 2-3 years
Analytical skills
Knowledge of forwarding Air & Road & Ocean freight
Ability to identify and optimize processes
Knowledge of value creation and continous improovment
Very good English language min. C1 level (necessary conditions)
Very good knowledge of operating systems
High-level communication and the ability to work in a team
Ability to work under time pressure
