Currently we are looking for:

Marketing Manager

Workplace: Warszawa

Region: mazowieckie

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with Head Office in order to create and coordinate marketing campaigns

· Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.

· Produce content for marketing materials

· Manage company reputation and maintain of its presence both online and offline

· List the Company in all related directories and review sites and maintain updated profiles

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

· Evaluate emerging technologies

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals

Requirements:

· University degree (business, marketing, economy, finances)

· 5 years of proven working experience in marketing department of financial or brokerage companies

· Native Polish speaker, fluency in English, both oral and written (good spoken Russian would be an advantage)

· Very good knowledge and experience in digital marketing

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns

· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

· Working knowledge of HTML would be an advantage

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· High attention to details and strong prioritization skills

· Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills
