Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in providing legal services for construction projects in Estonia
  
• Knowledge of civil, construction and public procurement law and other regulations in force in Estonia
  
• Ability to prepare contracts, including in English
  
• Fluency in speaking and writing
  
• Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing maintenance of the construction investment
  
• Preparation and issuing opinions on contracts, letters and other documents regarding investments
  
• Analysis of legal risks
  
• Ongoing reporting
