For or client we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for taking care about relationships with the comapny's clients and also technical aspects of casting - applications engineering and project management.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
Strategic further development of business by means of acquisitions and establishing business with new customers
Development of 5-years plan for key accounts in consultation with Sales Director. Identification of suitable target projects and initiations of necessary measures for business success
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Training of new stuff
Price negotiations with customer within the framework form executive board instructions
Checking, clarifying and minimising the economic risks for the company as a part of the offer preparation
Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position in Automotive Industry
Proven track record with the award of new business
Extensive experience with Customer Relations Management
Very organised, strong analytically skills
Expertise in Product
Expertise in preparing quote packages for the automotive industry
Proven problem-solving skills
Must have an entrepreneurial approach and be able to identify new opportunities
Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements
