IT Quality & Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague in the IT Quality & Plant Maintenance Service Department at our location in Częstochowa, Gliwice or Łódź.

Your tasks:

• Service delivery in global IT Production & Quality: fulfilling requests (standard requests, enhancements, rollouts and launching projects), Incident & Problem Management (ticket-solving);
• Support, maintain and monitor running solutions (select consulting and support services, offer request and review);
• Analyze customer requirements (consultancy in specifications) and check feasibility; create IT concepts, organize, manage and supervise orders; plan, define and agree on work packages;
• Design and conduct integration testing, ensure Go Live support and organize system operation and support;
• Manage operations or support processes as a process expert within the team and externals.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field;
• 3 (or more years) of experience with IT applications and SAP;
• Quality and/or Plant Maintenance background or knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Availability to travel (up to 10%).

Good to have:

• SAP PM and QM (plant maintenance and quality modules);
• Development skills (SAP ABAP);
• German language.
