conducting audits and revising processes, procedures and HR policies existing in the organization, proposing changes and improving them
based on need creating, building new processes, implementing them at the group level
independent management of international projects as a project manager
skilful transition of HR processes to local, operational structures
administrative tasks related to the creation of HR processes, projects and policies
EXPECTATIONS:
min 5 years of experience in international environment on similar position
communiaction in Polish & English is a must
practical, advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially Visio or other processes maping solution), HRM programs
significant attention to detail
leadership skills, business acumen and ablity to effectively execute against project paths and plans
ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence to utlize project management framework and methodology for projects
advanced understanding of project-portfolio process, governance and framework
ability to influence others and move towards a common vision and goal
able to positively adapt to shifting priorities, identify risk and mitigate issues in response to the needs of internal and external partners
advanced communication, organization and presentation skils for all audiences within the organization and outside
