This position will serve the Consumer Health business of J&J in Central Eastern Europe. J&J’s Consumer Health business is focused on personal health and differentiated Consumer Health brands rooted in science & endorsed by professionals. The HR Leader Consumer Health CEE is a member of the CEE Leadership Team and actively contributes to the Central Europe and cross-sector country HR teams. The HR Leader drives and executes enterprise and sector HR strategies in support of business goals.

  • Manage the portfolio of HR work for the CEE region within the Consumer Health sector, including deployment of global HR processes and programs.

  • Partner with the CEE LT to enable business results through coaching, talent management, organizational design and change management.

  • Actively drive the CEE talent agenda in support of business priorities.

  • Identify key capabilities aligned with business goals and implement buy/build strategies in partnership with business leaders.

  • Access and derive insights from workforce analytics to identify trends and links to business performance.

  • Develop and implement detailed change management plans in support of business initiatives.

  • Drive a strong and inclusive One J&J culture.

  • Be a role model for the J&J Leadership Imperatives (Connect, Shape, Grow).

  • Participate in regional/cross-sector initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • University degree required (Bachelor’s or equivalent). Master’s degree a plus.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of general HR experience with at least 2-3 years in HR business partnering.

  • Experience and strong track record of success in a dynamic, multinational matrix environment (ideally FMCG).

  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to form relationships and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong talent mindset, people acumen and assessment capability to evaluate leadership potential.

  • Independent and critical/analytical thinking with the ability to appropriately challenge and hold business accountable.

  • Ability to apply an outside-in view where appropriate.

  • Intellectually curious and positive, can-do attitude.

  • Fluency in Polish and English.
