The Antal SSC & BPO team specializes in providing recruitment services for shared services and outsourcing centres. Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Job description

 

  • supervising a team of GL process specialists
  • managing day-to-day operations: on-going journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, interface reconciliations (front office systems), travel & expenses, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation, standard inventory management, assisting month-end closing, preparing standard reporting
  • ensuring appropriate segregation of duties
  • managing improvement projects
  • being responsible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs/KPIs)
  • participating in strategic meetings and projects with the Group’s headquarters
  • building and developing solid relationships with all customers of SSC 
  • ensuring top level quality of processes and working procedures
  • ensuring alignment/compliance of SSC processes with global processes/ directions and legal standards and country specific requirements

Candidate

 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Accoutancy
  • at least 4 years of experience as Team Leader in SSC/BPO, including experience in GL departament
  • experience with process optimization and project management will be a plus
  • experience with mapping processes
  • international mindset and very good communication skills
  • team player, focus on high quality services and results driven
  • fluency in English
  • IT skills: knowledge of working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office package
