We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. One of our key ambitions is to get faster and leaner, and to move closer to the customer. Therefore we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an Intercompany Senior Specialist with strong working experience in Intercompany Accounting and proficiency in English. Your main tasks are split into 4 areas which include:
• Operational tasks: you processes independently transactions such as internal supplier and customer invoices, account reconciliation and reporting, internal trade payments and cash application activities; execute analysis and reports as assigned (i.e. Balance Sheet, statement of accounts, reconciliations) and perform additional activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting; apply accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions to solve unusual issues; complete specific month and close tasks; carry out internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation
• Stakeholder management: you answer any queries received and participate in business meetings to maximize our customer satisfaction
• Continuous improvement: you collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization
• Development of others: you support development of less experienced colleagues by acting as SME for assigned area

• At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/General Accounting
• Strong user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
• Proficient in business English - excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply best practices including change management, effective error handling and performance instrumentation
• Very good organization and process orientation
• Team player with coordination skills
• Demonstrating advanced understanding of financial accounting, reporting and internal control as an asset
• Previous experience in Finance Shared Services environment, preferably for a global company
