Employer Branding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and executing EB strategy and communication activities;
• Running EB and recruitment campaigns online and offline;
• Increasing brand recognition;
• Preparing social media plan and managing company’s social media;
• Preparing and updating employee handbook when needed;
• Preparing calendar of employer branding events and activities;
• Coordinating image-building activities both outside and inside the organization;
• Cooperating with HR and Sales Team;
• Preparing Client and Employee’s surveys;
• Being co-responsible for other company activities (website content, company blog, company video, company events, gifts shipment, etc.).

Requirements:

• Some experience working on a similar position (employer branding / marketing / recruitment), and/or some demonstrated ability in this area;
• Experience with recruitments campaigns, social media, events, etc.;
• Passionate about employment branding / marketing activities on the market;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time;
• Strong communication skills and being able to build relationships with clients and employees;
• Proactive attitude;
• Experience working with global IT companies is a plus;
• Knowledge of marketing activities is a plus (SEO, eNPS, etc.);
• Good knowledge of English.
