This role will report to the Identity Governance Manager and be responsible for creating /removing and modifying network accounts/permissions for Jacobs employees and Clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and modifies Active Directory accounts, Security Groups and Distribution Lists.
  • Creates different types of Exchange mailboxes based on requirements.
  • Creates Mail Users and Mail Contacts.
  • Creates Shared Mailboxes.
  • Applies Full Mailbox access and Send As permissions to shared mailboxes.
  • Applies groups permissions to file shares.
  • Creates network folders.
  • Receives request forms and processes them according to documentation/policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  • Creates /maintains IT and Security work instructions/procedures
  • Works closely with HR, IT and Cyber Security teams to meet compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience equal to
  • Must possess extensive experience in Active Directory administration. At least 2 years related experience.
  • Strongly prefer experience in Microsoft Exchange administration. At least 2 years related experience.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills; must clearly be able to communicate business.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and make sound business decisions.
  • Excellent initiative, work ethic and creativity.
  • Ability to be flexible to the rapidly changing needs of the department and company.
  • Experience developing, planning, and implementing short and long-range goals.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude, with strong leadership
