PTP Accountant with German

Project information:

Location: Wrocław
Working model: remote/hybrid (depends on the location)
Working hours: Monday-Friday/start between 6:00-9:00 AM (8 hours per day)
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Level: Mid
Remuneration: 7000 - 8500 PLN gross (depending on the candidate's experience)

Responsibilities:

Processing and verifying purchase invoices/credit notes/payments
Processing business trip settlements
Contacting suppliers regarding account balances, details of payments and payment requests
Updating suppliers' data
Reviewing suppliers' accounts
Preparing and analyzing reports
Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

Good command of English and German languages (B2 or C1 level)
Experience in accountancy, preferably in AP/PTP department
Good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP (would be an asset)
Analytical thinking
Attention to detail
