1-st Line Support with French

Project Information:

  • Location: Krakow / Katowice
  • Type of work: hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
  • Type of employment: UoP, full time
  • Remuneration: 7500 - 8500 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support, answering customer questions
  • Solving problems by phone, mail, chat
  • Support with the MS Office package
  • Support with Edge and Chrome browser

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English and French language (min. B2)
  • Willingness to develop in the IT industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Technical background
