IT Administrator with French

Project information:

Location: Katowice or Kraków / hybrid or remote
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)

Responsibilities:

Providing daily support to French-speaking customers
Solving IT related problems (e.g. issues with desktop/browser/printer)

Requirements:

IT support working experience
Basic understanding of Linux/Windows10 area
Very good knowledge of French (B2 level)
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
