your daily tasks

you will lead the overall planning and development of the company products
you will be responsible for implementing engineering best practices to execute according to the roadmap and maintain productivity and product quality
you will empower the team to meet company goals and deliver high-quality products
you will drive projects and initiatives across the entire engineering organization
you will work with the team to design and architect new systems, products, and features
you will directly influence engineers in product development and architecture decisions
you will collaborate closely with product management, sales and marketing teams
you will ensure the team is aligned towards the same goals

your skills

10+ years of previous software development and engineering leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
hands-on experience with several programming languages and frameworks
complete understanding and experience of the product development and operations processes
ability to deliver high-quality products within a fast-pacing, entrepreneurial, purpose-driven environment
track record building and leading successful engineering teams, including mentoring engineers and managers
the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
experience working in large-scale distributed cloud environments
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
experience with Agile development methodologies
proficiency in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages
