Responsibilities:

Working closely with the technical team and stakeholders
Participation in a new organizational project
Implementing a new structure
managing the development of customer service
Analysis regarding productivity, improvements, standardization of processes
Process improvement
Problem escalation to provide resolution
Establishing and maintaining good relations with the business area
Identifying areas that need improvement
Project support and supervision
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Very good knowledge of English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Very good knowledge of Excel
Experience in project management
Very good knowledge of SAP
Strong problem solving skills
Data analyzing skills
