HR Product Analyst

Our demands:

  • Good skills of creating and processing of background jobs
  • SAP standard IDOC program and processing knowledge
  • SAP HR integration to CRM, SRM, C4C and AP required
  • SAP integration with Controlling and cost center creation knowledge
  • SAP integration with Controlling and cost center creation knowledge
  • Experience in GRC security set up and process
  • 4 + years of working in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project management with a preferred focus on SAP HCM, HR Mini Master, IDOC processing, Interfaces, Vendor Master vendor creation process and knowledge in Success Factors
  • Involvement in SAP HR org structure/ HR Mini Master set up/ SAP HR reporting
  • Experience in SAP HR functional expertise in configuration and set up
  • Technical/functional vision on SAP HCM, HR Mini Master and Success Factors
  • Expertise about background job scheduling/processing
  • ABAP skills would be a plus
  • Background in SAP HR functional expertise in configuration and set up
  • Good presentation, communication and demonstration skills

Primary responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the team to classify and prioritize defects related to the process/product and makes decisions based on assessments.
  • Deal with Quality Planning and Control (QC/QA).
  • Analyze and deciphers diverse requirements from multiple countries.
  • Coordinate work effort between products and module.
  • Maintain the resolution of L3 tickets alongside Assistant Product Managers
  • Support development of requirements and validation of designed enhancements.
