Technical/functional vision on SAP HCM, HR Mini Master and Success Factors
Expertise about background job scheduling/processing
ABAP skills would be a plus

Primary responsibilities:
Cooperate with the team to classify and prioritize defects related to the process/product and makes decisions based on assessments.
Deal with Quality Planning and Control (QC/QA).
Analyze and deciphers diverse requirements from multiple countries.
Coordinate work effort between products and module.
Maintain the resolution of L3 tickets alongside Assistant Product Managers
Support development of requirements and validation of designed enhancements.
