Project scope:

Implementation and software maintenance for Digital Decision Making based on OR and AI, including Fuzzy Logic and Machine Learning
Implementation and software maintenance of systems for Authorization Banking Transaction
Analyzing and troubleshooting the problems related to customer digital transactions
Provide technical solutions for incidents and problems of banking applications and whole banking infrastructure
New product/applications implementation
Performance analysis concerning JVM/Operation System/Databases
Evaluate and recommend enhancements/changes to existing processes
Actively interact with development and various technical partner teams and vendors
Document client issue and process of resolution

Competence demands:

Candidate must have strong application support experience and have an understanding of various technologies: Bitbucket/Jira/Puppet, Java Virtuall Machine (OpenJdk), Ttomcat/wildfly, Linux, Oracle DB, FTP Servers, Web Services based on REST API
Ability to take initiative, problem solve and analyze complex issues in critical situations
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Understanding of banking operations/concepts and Mainframe architecture
Familiarity with Fraud prevention system RISK Shield (INFORM GmBh) and authentication system KOBIL SSMS (KOBIL GmBh)
Knowledge of German
