your tasks

• Distribution Orders (DO) & Customers Orders (CO) management on a daily basis
• Active cooperation with customers in the area of orders split, orders re-scheduling or order cancellation
• Close cooperation with Production Planners, Purchasing Specialist, Warehouse Foreman and Transportation Specialist
• Orders’ departure date management
• Monitoring of shipments status
• Delivery addresses management
• Shipping RFQs management
• Urgent shipments organization
• Internal coordination of new products implementation (NPI) status
• Ensure orders placement in line with valid agreements
• Provide clear, professional and timely communication with internal & external customers
• Create on demand reports
• Continuous improvement of order desk processes
• Operate in line with company policies and procedures with focus on quality management system, company ethic & culture and harmonization with Group Compliance programs
• Work with the Company’s health, safety and environment rules & policies

what we expect

• Higher degree in appropriate discipline (Logistics, Science, Engineering)
• 3+ years of experience in relevant position in production environment
• Practical knowledge of Moovex/M3 or other ERP systems
• Eager to learn and teamplay, openminded approach
• Advanced English skills (min. B2 level)
• International company work environment experience
