Our Client is an international, well-known B2C company. In order to strengthen their strategic finance team, we are seeking to recruit a talented professional for the position of Controlling Director / Finance Manager.

Podsumowanie / Job summary:

The successful candidate will manage all financial functions of one of group's entity (core) with the cooperation of internal SSC, report directly to the Managing Director (Poland) and Group CFO (Poland). The Finance Business Manager will work close with the business.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

• Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to local management
• Plan, direct and monitor all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, risk and management reporting activities
• Ensure the organization understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivering promised results
• Monitor, report and challenge the financial performance of the different activities in all product categories; focus on margin, profitability, effectiveness
• Oversee the preparation of financial and non-financial data for the monthly business reporting
• Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions, close cooperation with Sales and FP&A teams
• Act as counsel to the business beyond the financial aspects
• Manage team of 10-12 FTEs with a managers direct reports
• Place of work and the HQ is located close to Poznań (west side)

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

• University degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or economics, professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent will be an added value)
• A qualified professional with a minimum 3-5 years of experience (in a similar role preferably in international Distribution / FMCG / Retail company) in finance as a manager; Big 4 background will be a strong asset
• Deep understanding of all P&L and Balance sheet components
• Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail
• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytic skills
• Strong Business Awareness
• Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum B1+/2 command in French is a must
• IT Literacy, preferably ERP class systems
