For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Corporate Actions Junior Specialist (online recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Collecting information from Transfer Agents
• Setting up properly corporate action events in the system
• Releasing reliable information to the clients in due time
• Collecting, validating and executing of the clients instructions
• Processing the proceeds’ payments (cash/securities) according to market deadlines
• Reconciling discrepancies on time
• Following up on queries (emails, phone calls)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
• Advanced English is a must
• Minimum BA degree (Finance, Economics, Law)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, knowledge about Corporate Actions would be an asset
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
• Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proactivity and ability to take initiative
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn
