The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

Specialist in Client Onboarding & Connectivity Team

Responsibilities: 

•  Participation Clients migration in/out in a project mode, including

o    Client’s portfolio analysis

o    Costs estimations

o    Migration plan preparation

o    Massive data creation/update in different applications

o    Register account opening on the market

o    Performing transfers of Client’s holdings

• Testing and set up of the SWIFT connectivity between BNP Paribas Securities Services and Transfer Agents (market)
• Cooperation with different Operational Teams, internal and external Clients and Management to achieve Client Onboarding & Connectivity function’s objectives

Requirements: 

• Experience within Securities Services department would be an asset
• Minimum BA degree (Finance, Economics, Law)
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment
• Client focus oriented approach
• Ability to co-operate with different departments
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn
• Very good analytical skills
