We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. One of our key ambitions is to get faster and leaner, and to move closer to the customer. Therefore we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow. To strengthen our Quality and Continuous Improvement team, for the HR Services, we are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist with the relevant operational working experience in a Shared Service environment. • Coordinates the SOP Lifecycle Management in GBS HR Europe
• Maintains the structure and content of the specific tools used for Knowledge Management
• Liaises with European and Global Knowledge Management stakeholders in aligning Knowledge Management concepts, processes and guidelines
• Maintains the Knowledge data base for GBS HR Europe
• Is responsible for driving and monitoring the revision cycles of the SOPs for GBS HR Europe
• Actively participates in Content / Knowledge Management projects and initiatives to improve the specific framework
• Share best practices within the Knowledge Management global organization
• Defines and ensures proper implementation of content capturing guidelines and adherence to branding and master data document standards
• Trains all team members on Knowledge Management processes, tools, guidelines
• Operationally supports and performs process maps and SOP updates


• Hands-on experience in Knowledge/ Content Management
• Relevant operational working experience in a Shared Service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts
• Strong attention to detailes combined with very good time management, organizational and prioritization skills
• Service oriented mindset, self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions
• Very good MS Office skills
• Adonis/ Service Now Knowledge Base skills represent a plus
• Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
