We are looking for a passionate Senior IT Project Manager that wants to take an active part in: Leading complex IT projects with focus on business intelligence in the Treasury Asset and Liability space. Engaging and developing project team members in understanding the strategic and business rationale in your projects. Facilitating the collaboration between business. This is an opportunity for you to join a growing dynamic team consisting of 26 internal and around 80 external colleagues working cross border and through an integrated reporting and data value chain. Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join TALM ITS / IFTP, where we are responsible for the development of solutions that support Treasury Asset and Liability Management business processes. The team acts as the bridge between technology partners and business partners. The aim is to support the processes and to provide leading technology solutions in an agile fashion.  
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Initiate and lead complext IT projects from start to finish
  • Contribute to develop and improve our ways of working
  • Ensure quality and compliance in everything we do

Your profile and background:

  • Experience in leading complex IT projects within financial services or other regulated industries
  • Solid knowledge about how to comply with project steering models and processes, and the ability to managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders
  • Experience in working with an agile development process
  • Experience in driving projects with an offshore or nearshore delivery element is preferred
  • Experience of data warehousing or business intelligence will be an asset
  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or finance/economics and a recognized project manager qualification (IPMA, PMI or Prince2 certification)
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, is required
