C#/.NET Developer MES

In connection with the development of our organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of C#/.NET Developer MES. The person employed in this position will be a part of international project operations team

Tasks:

• Work in international project operations team;
  
• Business Travels (10%);
  
• Participate in full software project lifecycle - design, development, testing, implementation, support – of ABB industry production management systems;
  
• Convert high level requirements to a detailed design considering best practices and the required functionality, performance, scalability, reliability etc.;
  
• Implement the detailed design ensuring high quality of the solution;
  
• Participate in the code review process;
  
• Write product development documentation; 
  
• Resolve product issues reported by Customers;
  
• Communicate with Customers during implementation and support phase of the project lifecycle.  
  

Requirements:

• Computer science degree, Engineering degree or equivalent;
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Technology proficient in C#/.Net, WPF/XAML, WCF, XML, WinForms;
  
• Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON);
  
• Knowledge of database engines (MSSQL);
  
• Knowledge of source control (TFS);
  
• Knowledge of OPC (DA, HDA, UA) & COM will be beneficial;
  
• User Experience (UX) design/awareness will be an asset;
  
• Experience with creating detailed design from high-level objectives/architectures;
  
• Experience in code quality assurance (unit testing, static code analysis);
  
• Experience in SQA/Test, either directly or in a leadership role;
  
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, English-language;
  
• Experience writing product documentation.
