P2P Team Leader

Your new company
We are looking for a person to hold the position P2P Team Leader (for 20 months period, maternity cover) to the greatest company in Tricity which sets up a new Shared Service Centre.

New role
As P2P Team Leader you will be responsible for training, coaching and supervising members of the staff to ensure quality standards and complex issues resolution. You will be a person who follow-up with a clients/suppliers/stakeholders and provide customer service, procurement and travel expenses in the area of accounts payable. Also, you will need to maintain relationship with Client, handle escalate items and prepare payments proposals.

Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have at least 4 years of experience in team management including accounting department and minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics. To be successful in this role you will need to have an experience in process improvement projects and transition projects. Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel skills and fluency in English is a must.
