Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Great opportunity for English and Italian speakers!

For our Client, international Company with office in Kraków, we are currently looking for Candidates with fluency in English (B2 min.) and Italian (B2 min.) who are open for new opportunities.

Your duties will include processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems and receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions.
You will also be generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates with very good language skills. Previous experience would be an asset, but is not required.
