An exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful local embellishment company, utilizing your previous supervisory skills.

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking person to supervise our daily work schedule within our embroidery customization team. The ideal candidate will be driven, self motivated and have exceptionally high standards. Embroidery machine experience would be advantageous but not essential.

A progressive thinker, problem solving and decision making are skills critical to the role.

We are looking to fulfill this position with an initial 3 month trial period and if successful the candidate will be offered a full time contract.

We are a 24 hour business, and therefore the right person must be fully flexible for working varying shift patterns

Salary bracket is between zl43-zl58 depending on experience

Main duties will include:

• Managing a team of embroiderers on multiple embroidery machines.
  
• Working closely with the Operations Manager to supervise the daily work schedule.
  
• Plan and communicate shift patterns to team.
  
• Ensuring production meets quality standards and any faults are identified and dealt with accordingly.
  
• Assistance will be necessary in other areas of the company when requested.
