- Release quality across phase-outs C6-C10
- Monitor program quality KPI, dentifying process deviations, triggering RCA analysis, deep dives and necessary improvements

- Reviews, commits and maintains project & sub-project definition
- Responsible of project plan, defines the project organization, drives the project and leads project team, controls deliverables
- Contributes to the program milestones declaration
- Takes countermeasures in case of project deviation
- Represents the project internally to Program Management
- Prepares decisions with impact on other projects (decision proposal with consequences, measures, reasons, coordinates test activities within project)

- keeping fault target and quality targets based on agreed KPI
- managing maintenance plan for WCDMA, GSM RFSW teams.

- providing prioritization input to Customer Project Management and platform team
- verification of incoming cases (fault reports, pre-check requests and requests for comments from other Development Areas) in compliance with golden standards, RF SW Symptoms Collecting Handbook
- assurance of timely response for technical queries, pre-checks and comments requests including proper administration of RF SW Fault Coordinator functional mailbox (if applicable)
- monitoring quality of Pronto tool status
- coaching engineers in cases of deviations and problems

- introducing improvements on how to automate and manage FCO mailbox with proper organized way which is working till now.
