Project Designer - lead design works in VOLVO EUCD and JAGUAR LAND ROVER exhaust systems projects. The same duties as Design Engineer plus additionally:
- planning and leading designer group for:
a) VOLVO EUCD
b) JAGUAR
c) Land Rover,
- Distribution, control and reporting of tasks within the design team, to guarantee:
a) Quality,
b) Productivity and providing the on-time delivery of work packages,
c) Planning of tasks of the design team.
- Control of steady going workload within the design team, avoidance of idle time,
- Regular monthly reports of workload to Manager CAD Design Rybnik,
- Arranging feasibility analysis with people from production, creation of reports after meeting and implementation of discussed changes into drawings/models,
- Encourage team members,
- Control of standards within the design team,
- Define all necessary trainings for all members of team,
- Define investment within the group and discuss with manager,
- Regularly update of BOS board.

Technical lead of project(s) through all phases of a Product Development Cycle (PDC) responsible for all technical belongings from start of project till end of production (EOP), especially:
- Design (CAD) - construction
- Thermo-mechanical analysis (FEA)
- Fluid dynamics (CFD) - flow behavior
- Modal analysis (durability)
- Feasibility analysis (internal and with customers)
- FMEA
- Tests and fatigue validation
- Customer and suppliers cooperation for best technical solutions
- Global cooperation with customer’s development centers e.g. Whitley, UK
- Technical reviews with customer and global team,
- Fulfill customer requirement book,
- Technical and on schedule instruction and steering of internal and external re-sources (inside business groups)
- Correct technical documentation (e. g. sourcing matrix) and presentation to customer and project leader / project team
-Quality of the prototypes and samples
-Leads all technical activities of a project team
-Leads the project team functional
-Steers all activities to fulfill the customer requirement book
- Ensures that quality and technical content of customer prototypes and validation samples accord to the development status
-Is primary technical contact for customer, manufacturing, competence center, prototype manager, purchase etc.
-Steers the technical documentation within the development
-Supports the project leader with customer service and project management
-Realize technical changes also after start of production (SOP)

Design Engineer for VOLVO EUCD and JAGUAR LAND ROVER exhaust systems projects. Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with VOLVO and JAGUAR/LAND ROVER team members around the world (Germany, England, Belgium, Sweden, China etc.),
- Execution of tasks received from Gillet Edenkoben, production and prototype shop Rybnik,
- Concept, design space and mounting studies,
- 2D-drawings and 3D-models for development and serial production for systems and components,
- Compliance with national and international standards,
- Compliance with customer standards,
- Product data management (PDM): manage part numbers and part lists,
- Manage all drawings during the development,
- Make drawing changes: in the development: according the development process, after release: only approved changes,
- Constant active attendance at feasibility analysis,
- Package analysis,
- Creation of 3D-models for CFD-calculations,
- Training / support / coaching of new team members.

International apprenticeship at FUJIFILM Manufacturing Europe B.V. Tilburg The Netherlands, P3 – Finishing Department. Complete project of the Master thesis work(analysis, optimization, design, documentation, manufacturing and tests) prototype of de-burring machine, with close cooperation with Fujifilm engineers and Dutch suppliers.
