Reviewing remainings to be done: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning. Leading the implementation of tools supporting transfer activities (ICAPS for instance). Defining and implement specific process to ease transfer activities. Maintaining documentation libraries (ECC files / System Design documentation / …). Leading relevant analysis (completeness of construction Bill of Quantities vs Design, DCR implementation status per system). System Test Loop definition and review of all commissioning requirements.

Participate in safety, quality and schedule supervision for all permanent and temporary plant electrical and I&C equipment installation and erection. Supervise the work progress and its alignment with the quality requirement as specified by design documents (drawings and specifications). Verification of technical documentation, solving issues on site, preparation of “red marks” drawings. Preparation of site instructions for subcontractors.

Acting as site engineer on a construction site (main cable trays). Technical documentation verification, preparation of “red marks” drawings. Reporting of all technical issues as well as progress status to site manager and client representatives Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
