• Managing the import shipments to 3PL warehouses, handling all necessary documentation and QA requirements for the correct storage, labeling and distribution of pharmaceutical and animal health products.
• Exporting products and promotional material to subsidiaries in Cyprus and Malta by maritime and air transport.
• Organizing the returns of expired, damaged or non-suitable products to central plants in Belgium, France and Germany.
• Being responsible for the communication with logistics companies such as Essers, Stante, DHL and Pulleyns for matters of correct placement, loading and temperature conditions during the transportation.
• Liaising with Greek and foreign authorities in order to acquire import and export licenses for high security products (psychotropic, hormones, oncological).
• Realizing annual, monthly and circular inventories in 3PL partner’s warehouse.
• Participating in destruction and recycling of products, promotional and packaging materials in compliance with sanitary authorities.
• Reporting about the costs of transport, warehousing and rest of activities to the top regional management.

• Managing the orders of building materials, decoratives and general supplies according to the project’s timeframe.
• Forming the project’s milestones in relation to delivery times in order to be in compliance to constructor’s timeframe.
• Controlling the delivery time of products to apply the “just in time” best practice.
• Being in communication with suppliers and transport companies for delivery, transportation and custom’s clearance issues.
• In cooperation with the PM Engineer, mapping the whole progress under the Gantt chart as a method of reporting to the stakeholders involved.

• Managing exports to the subsidiaries in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Albania by maritime, land and air transport.
• Importing commercial goods and promotional material from Germany, China, Singapore and the Netherlands.
• Cooperating with companies such as Kuehne-Nagel, Proodos and Koussis Transys in issues concerning shipments and customs.
• Invoicing the exports and creating all the shipping documents (packing list, pallet list, bill of lading, customs documents).
• Coordinating the supply to all the subsidiaries in SE Europe.
• Controlling the stock and realizing regular inventory in the warehouse.

• Controlling and archiving the transport documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists and phytosanitary certificates) to be in full accordance to the order received.
• Communicating with the suppliers in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands for the early delivery of the products.
• Market research for transport companies eager to collaborate for the delivery of the products in Greece and the Balkans.
• Research for new suppliers through the Commercial Branches of their country’s Consulates.
