HR Process Lead
• Managing and coordinating Russian HRA team.
• Process client’s escalations received via ServiceNow (Service Issues).

• Responsible for updates of the IT related documentation.
• Regular contact/cooperation with IT Global service desk to ensure requests are processed with high priority and solved with expected level of quality.
