As a purchasing specialist in Compu b I'm responsible for purchasing of all Apple and 3rd Party products for Apple Premium Reseller Retail Stores in Ireland and UK.

- Ensuring optimal stock levels of a wide product range in all the stores and Warehouse by recalculating and managing reorder points to reduce the risk of lost sales and inventory stock-outs,

- Placing and managing orders with various multinational suppliers using SAP,

- Analysing Retail Data to increase sales and improve efficiency of inventory replenishment system

At OpusCapita I worked as a part of a team responsible for processing documents (outsourcing financial service). Digitizing operator position combines data entry and data analysis skills with knowledge of various projects and Optical Character Recognition system. I handled time pressure to achieve daily and monthly targets ensuring accurate and efficient documents processing. I supported the production process controllers, optimized the OCR system and helped to train my co-workers. On daily basis I implemented all needed and urgent updates of projects procedures and immediately included them in processing new documents. Occasionally in order to solve more complicated problems I contacted customer to make sure that all processed documents meet his requirements.

Internship at Credit Agricole was a great opportunity to develop my communication skills and learn highest standards of customer service. I was a part of the Front Office team, but I was also involved in back office duties to assist and support team members in their day to day operations by managing documents, updating customer database and scheduling meetings. Marketing activities were essential for my training. I learnt about database marketing and used databases to gather and analyse customer needs.
