- Participation in consulting projects in the area of finance, financial risk and treasury environment for domestic and international financial institutions and non-financial sector as well.
- Consulting services (expanding into new markets, due diligence and acquisitions feasibility study, increasing market share, identifying key customers, simplifying organisational and regulatory structures, new products potential) and strategies giving an advantage to our clients.
- Cooperation with clients concerning project execution, direct contact with the clients.
- Business analysis and gathering demands, relevant documentation design.
- Customer environment and market research.
- Analysing financial and operational data.
- Improving the effectiveness of the organisation, mapping and optimising processes.
- Supporting the project team (up to 50 persons).
- Creating solutions and implementing them.


Project examples:

Due Diligence of a Bank. Analysis and preparation of a document presenting Bank’s strengths and weaknesses in the financial and operational areas. The analysis also regarded the changing regulatory and legal environments of the Bank. Performing an analysis of P&L and balance sheet, testing financial data compliance and portfolio structure. Valuating derivative instruments. Formulating conclusions and forecasts regarding the potential for the upcoming years.

Revision of the electricity and derivatives risk control model for one of the leading polish energy group (transparent allocation of financial risk to particular departments, trade performance increase).

Strategy Development for a leading polish energy group (knowledge management, list of initiatives, performance targets and implementation plan).

Bank to branch abroad project. Bank was seeking opportunities to increase efficiency by reducing operational and regulatory complexity of its network and therefore was seeking to do business in these countries through branches rather than subsidiaries.

Transition of KYC remediation and FATCA project from Warsaw SSC to Manila SSC, trainings to KYC Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts.

AML/KYC: Sub-Advised Accounts Remediation project for US branch of a global retail bank. Large project involving setup and delivery of KYC and tax remediation of global banking and markets customers for the Polish SSC of a leading global bank.
