Develop a correct SAP structure and ensure that accurate transactions for all processes related to production, logistics and finance are in place and used. Act as Plants local SAP expert, preparing training sessions for end users and mentoring key groups. Responsible for customer faced processes in regard to logistics and finance.
Manage consignment warehouse stocks accuracy by promoting consignment procedures within
customer service, implement Consignment Stock Tracker as well plan and execute physical
stock counts.

Report directly to the Plant Manager. Manage and develop Warehouse Operatives and one Logistics Administrative, in total 5 persons (qualimatrix). Improve FG and RM stock levels, be measured against plants KPIs. Set in safety stocks for critical oversea RM. Implement a new purchasing process (6 – 12 months forecast). Renegotiate prices with suppliers. Responsible for scheduling and performing of monthly and Year End stock takes.

Receive customers RFQ’s and prepare commercial offers with close cooperation with the Sales Engineers. Prepare sales and forecast reports for the European Sales Manager and the CHQ in the US. Responsible for customers sample orders, implementation of EC and NPI into the serial production. Work close with customer service, production planning and quality and oversee the production process to meet customers requirements. Work with deadlines and be measured against plants KPIs. Lead and control the implementation of VWs Container Management system into the production and SAP. Support the Logistics Department in SAP problems.

Responsible for OEM customers VW AG (Germany, Poland), OPEL/VAUXHALL (Germany/ UK), Ford (Germany) and Chrysler (USA, Mexico) from order receipt to dispatch of FG. Responsible for plant’s OTIF. Liaised with suppliers to manage raw material flow into the production facility based on customers orders and stock levels. Reviewed suppliers OTD. Prepared weekly and monthly production plans. Monitored
production output. Also responsible for disposal of VW packaging via the VW Container Management portal. Part of the World Class Manufacturing team, logistics pillar.

Responsible for OEM customers BMW AG (Germany, RSA, in Asia and the US) and FIAT (Poland) from order reception to dispatch of FG. Responsible for plants OTIF. Prepared weekly and long term production plans taking in consideration plants KPIs. Monitored daily production output. Participated in production optimization meetings and stock level indicator meetings. Additional responsible for supervising the material availability on the production lines. Managed an external coating service.

I was responsible for OTIF shipments to European and Worldwide Tier1 and OEM customers. Order management per EDI, fax and email. Management of customers returnable packaging. Plants CI team member, increased packing unit efficiency. SAP SD maintenance to deliver requested duties.
As Deputy Logistics Manager I was responsible for 7-9 employess and logistics KPIs like OTIF, raw material and WIP month-end-levels and as well production leveling.
