- Building brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
- Providing a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization using traditional media including but not limited to sales collateral, direct mail, events, corporation communications, external media, and offline/online media.

- Preparing sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conducting regular store meetings to enhance relationships; ensure accurate and consistent communication across the team
- Driving store compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures
