Responsibilities:

Month-end and Year-end Closing Activities according to US GAAP: posting of cost accruals, payroll posting and ad-hoc journal entries from Site Controller/Finance Manager

Monitor and control the movements of Balance sheet accounts regularly ( Mainly payroll, other liability, prepayment, reserve and other receivable accounts)

Preparing B/S review, tracking and analyzing of monthly Account movements, providing FP&A with variance analysis and explanation of unusual movements

Managing monthly and quarterly account reconciliation: all Balance Sheet accounts other than Accounts Payable, Cash and Accounts Receivable

Assistance in the preparing GE Reporting and Statutory Reporting

Assistance in External Audits

Ad-hoc Reporting

Financial Management Programm support (in reporting, reconcilliation period openning and GBS maintenance) - from June 2012
