Currently managing Shared PMO team of 26FTEs (people manager)
as well as BOM ( Business Operations Manager) role next to the above (managing 6 French/ Belgium accounts).
Responsible for :
- supporting the PE for the commercial management of the contract.
- ensuring good financial control and cost improvement (year / year).
- leading initiatives which result in an improvement in cost reduction / GP.
- agreeing the level offshore resources (and charged for) for the contract.
- ensuring appropriate contract meetings are held and actions driven throughout the year.
- Single Point of Contact and interface between the Contract and Business Controls (BC), Quality Assurance (QA), Finance Analyst (FA)

- Provide daily management and leadership to the Cash Applications Group, ensuring that staff is adhering to departmental procedures
- Manage daily cash application of payments made to several corporate lockboxes
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement process (to maximize efficiency and minimize errors)
- Responsible for ensuring Cash Applications team is adhering to internal controls
- Assist in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the cash applications team

Working language: Dutch/ English.

- organizing and managing work of subordinate team of 9 accountants,
- ensuring high quality of work standards,
- ensuring correct and timely delivery of financial data,
- ensuring reporting consistency with accounting standards and internal corporate procedures,
- identifying potential process improvements.

- Preparation and submission of financial reports to parent company (coordination of month closing process, monthly submission of financial statements and supporting submissions, year-end supplemental submission),
- preparing accounting entries to both local and corporate books (US GAAP),
- maintaining standard accruals,
- preparing balance sheet account reconciliations.
