Operator responsibilities : Monitoring mainframes MVS, AS400, HP3000Analysis of job chains in MVS. Job restart after JCL modifications.On AS400 verification of Jobs. Parameters change . Restart. Monitoring of other application using TIVOLI system and escalations in ticketing system EARS.

Team Leader responsibilities:
Manage security of the service.
Checkups on stations
Risk management.
Implementation of Changes and Releases according to ITIL
Users accounts management
Documentation creation and management
Relations with the clients
Team management
Daily conferences calls with the French technical teams
Project Manager responsibilities:
Project number one in developing Server Farms using VMWARE technology and knowledge transfer and services transfer from France to Poland
Project number two was to transfer service to Poland from UK and to put in place the system of monitoring using TIVOLI software.

Other responsibilities:
Creation of Timelines and Milestones
Identification of problems and dangers
Preparation of documentation
Surveillance of the teams in the service scope.
Preparation of infrastructure
Check-up on SLA’s and OLA’s in accordance to the agreements.
