- Preparation and distribution of job offers in accordance with the needs of managers
- Candidates search via LinkedIn, GoldenLine, and other relevant tools
- Identification and evaluation of potential candidates by e-mail or phone
- Scheduling appointments for managers
- Monitoring all candidates for the office
- Monitoring indicators (quantitative and qualitative) and weekly reporting

- Cooperation and negotiations with sales representatives
- Running company’s profile on social network (Facebook, Instagram)
- Collaboration in organizing musical concerts, including event promotion and cooperation with the managers, leading training sessions and job interviews
- Customer service, consulting, providing clients with information
- Supply chain management, operating on software connected with sales, logistics, finance management

- Assistance in running the events promoting the university, including out of town business trips
