- full recruitment scope: create & post job-ads, CV selection, phone & face to face interviews, recommendation of candidates, job offering
- direct search – identify potential candidates using social media
- cooperation with external partners (colleges, university career centers, recruitment agencies)
- participation in job-fairs and employer branding activities
- maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and employees

- leading projects within Procurement Specialization (both direct and indirect categories)
- establishing and building business relationships with candidates and clients
- sales plans implementation
- candidate sourcing through tools such as: candidate database, social networking (Goldenline, LinkedIn), direct search, recommendations etc.
- conducting phone/Skype/office interviews with Candidates
- preparing reports both in Polish and English
- preparing and publishing job advertisements
