- loan life cycle administration (renewals, repayments, drawdowns, increase/decrease, mid-period changes) including secondary trading and sub-participation

- preparation of notices for sub-participants

- distribution of financial information received from Agent Banks or Borrowers (monthly/quarterly/annual reports, compliance certificates, press releases, amendment letters etc.)

- searching for financial information available online if not provided by Agent Bank/Borrower according to the Loan Agreement

- monitoring of outstanding fees and financial information and maintaining a contact with Agent Banks regarding any aged items

- training junior team members

- verification of items processed by team members i.e. loan life cycle events, fee payments, financial information distribution, static data updates

- review of the daily cash and positions reconciliation

- preparation of month end & year end reports

- assistance in year end audit process including financial statements preparation

- training and assisting junior team members in investigating and resolving cash/positions breaks to the Client and the Broker

- invoices preparation

- involved in transition process with the external company (training, coordinating and reviewing daily workflow)

- daily/monthly calculation of the NAV of funds

- reconciliation of cash and position breaks to the Client

- preparation of month end & year end reports

- preparation of invoices

- liaison with the onshore team and the Client

- assistance in year end audit process including financial statements preparation
