Engineering Team Lead, PMP
Duties as Engineering Team Lead:
- managing and supervising a team of 11-26 engineers divided into two groups which are coordinated by Lead Engineers
- allocation of suitable projects to appropriate team
- responsible for work quality that the team is providing
- creating a utilization and quality reports
- performing audits in Engineering area
- initiating and controlling tool creation for process improving
- involving in job interview of new employees
- establishing processes for new project
- resources allocation
- setting project process with cooperation with clients and performing training for the team
Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- working as Global Engineering Lead in key account projects, cooperate with international team
- interface with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- creating project schedule, budget, quality and improvement plans
- creating documentation and presentation for external and internal client
- monitoring and controlling project in all areas
- being involved in every stage of the project
- continuously improvement project processes - affiliated with lean Six Sigma
